You can easily order at ciclismocasual.com by following the steps below:

• Put your article(s) in the shopping cart
• When you have finished shopping, check your order
• Then you go to complete order
• Check your personal details and change your delivery address if necessary
• When all your details are correct, click pay
• Choose your payment method and click place order

When do I receive my order?

After we have received your payment, your order will be shipped within five working days. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail when we have received your payment and once your order is shipped.

What does the carrier do if the customer is not at home during delivery?

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, PostNL will deliver the package to the neighbors. If this is not possible, the package will be offered again the next day. If you are not at home, PostNL will leave a card stating the post office where you can pick up the package.

What are the shipping costs?

With an order you pay € 3.95 in shipping costs within the Netherlands and € 9.95 for shipping to Belgium or Germany.
